Feed and gas preparation
Feedstock handling, gas generation or conditioning equipment appropriate to the agreed production route.
ATTOMO offers turnkey project and process-equipment packages for sulphuric acid plants. Engineering, equipment manufacturing, automation and agreed site execution are coordinated around the selected feed basis, production capacity, acid specification, available utilities and environmental requirements.
A sulphuric acid project is developed as an integrated system, with the feed and process-gas sections, conversion and absorption equipment, acid circulation, cooling and product handling matched to the agreed production route.
The enquiry should identify whether the proposed feed is elemental sulphur, a suitable sulphur-bearing gas or another defined stream. The applicable process route, technology-provider interfaces and ATTOMO’s supply responsibilities are confirmed during proposal development; this page does not imply that every feed route is available as a standard package.
Engineering is included within the agreed turnkey or equipment-supply package. ATTOMO does not offer standalone consultancy through this page.
The final quotation identifies what is included and assigns customer and third-party responsibilities.
Feedstock handling, gas generation or conditioning equipment appropriate to the agreed production route.
Specified catalytic-conversion, absorption and associated process-gas equipment.
Heat-transfer equipment, acid cooling and waste-heat/steam-system interfaces where included.
Acid circulation, pumping, product storage, transfer and loading systems within defined battery limits.
Agreed mist removal, gas-treatment interfaces, monitoring, instrumentation and PLC/SCADA or DCS integration.
Contracted site execution, commissioning support, inspection records and document handover.
Material selection must reflect the acid concentration, temperature, impurities and duty at each point in the plant. Corrosion review therefore covers equipment, piping, pumps, valves, seals and storage as an integrated specification—not one material assumption for the entire facility.
The project basis also defines heat recovery, cooling and water requirements, acid containment, gas and mist emissions, emergency arrangements and operating controls. Any conversion, emissions, product-quality or utility guarantee is tied to the agreed technology, feed envelope and performance-test conditions.
For international enquiries, include the destination country, required inspection and documentation, packing and delivery expectations. Confidential process information should be shared through an agreed channel after initial contact.
No. This page is for manufacturing-plant and process-equipment enquiries, not the purchase of acid as a chemical commodity.
Heat-recovery equipment and steam-system interfaces can be evaluated within the selected plant configuration. The equipment and performance basis must be expressly included in the proposal.
No. Feed suitability, process technology, product grade and scope are reviewed for each project. Specialist technology or third-party packages, where required, must be identified in the agreed delivery plan.
The proposal assigns civil, utilities, electrical, environmental and site-execution responsibilities through defined battery limits and customer interfaces.
