Welcome to Attomo, the industry-leading manufacturer and turnkey supplier for various industries. With our expertise and commitment to excellence, we offer a comprehensive range of services, including designing, engineering consultation, and complete facilitation for all your project needs.
Production process
Molasses is diluted and feed to fermentation tanks where yeast converts the reducing sugars of molasses into alcohol. This alcohol is separated from the rest of the waste material by the process of distillation. The process produces wastewater in the form of spent wash, spent lees and solid waste in the form of sludge. The distillery unit will be producing, Rectified Spirit/Extra Neutral Alcohol and Ethanol which are very significant for other industries, medical services, etc. Ethanol is used to blend with petrol, thus able to save valuable foreign exchange on the import of fossil fuel.
Applications:
- Water supply industry
- Food industry
- Pharmaceutical industry
- Chemical industry
Frequently asked question about Molasses Distillery Plant
A molasses distillery plant primarily produces Ethanol, Extra Neutral Alcohol (ENA), and Rectified Spirit. Attomo’s turnkey plants utilize a precise fermentation and distillation process where yeast converts reducing sugars into alcohol. These outputs serve critical roles in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and fuel industries, specifically for blending petrol to reduce fossil fuel dependency.
The process begins by diluting molasses and feeding it into fermentation tanks, where yeast converts sugars into alcohol. This alcohol is then isolated through distillation, separating it from waste materials like spent wash and sludge. Attomo provides comprehensive engineering and design to ensure maximum yield and efficient separation of high-purity spirits from the fermentation byproduct.
Yes, molasses distillery plants support a diverse range of sectors, including the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, and water supply industries. Because the process produces medical-grade spirits and fuel-grade Ethanol, it is essential for companies looking to manufacture disinfectants, industrial solvents, or sustainable biofuels while utilizing sugar industry byproducts effectively.
A molasses distillery plant must manage specific waste streams, including spent wash, spent lees, and solid sludge. Attomo addresses these environmental pain points by offering specialized Multi Effect Evaporation (MEE) plants and dryers. These technologies facilitate effective wastewater treatment and waste recovery, ensuring the distillery operation meets modern industrial sustainability standards.
