Feedstock handling
Reception, storage, preparation and enclosed transfer equipment appropriate to the agreed feedstock.
ATTOMO offers plant and equipment packages for industrial nicotine extraction projects, integrating engineering, process-equipment manufacturing, automation and agreed site execution. Each proposal is developed around the feedstock specification, required production capacity, product quality and project location.
A coordinated package brings the process equipment, material handling, utility connections and control interfaces into one defined scope. ATTOMO reviews new projects and equipment-supply requirements against an agreed technology basis, with clear responsibilities for process design, inspection, installation and commissioning.
The final proposal identifies the included processing, separation, purification and recovery sections, together with storage and waste-handling interfaces. Product specification, analytical acceptance methods and performance commitments are established for the individual project rather than assumed from a standard plant description.
Engineering is included within the agreed turnkey or equipment-supply package. ATTOMO does not offer standalone consultancy through this page.
The final quotation identifies what is included and assigns customer and third-party responsibilities.
Reception, storage, preparation and enclosed transfer equipment appropriate to the agreed feedstock.
Extraction, separation, collection and intermediate-handling equipment within the selected process package.
Product-finishing equipment and recovery systems where included in the agreed technology and supply scope.
Intermediate and finished-product handling, contained transfer and the specified storage interfaces.
Piping, pumps, valves, instrumentation, electrical interfaces and PLC/SCADA integration as contracted.
Agreed installation, commissioning support, inspection records and equipment documentation.
Nicotine requires careful exposure control, including prevention of skin contact. The project review must address enclosed handling, containment, ventilation, spill management, cleaning and operator protection. Where flammable process media are involved, the applicable fire and hazardous-area requirements must also be defined.
Equipment materials, seals and handling arrangements are selected against the actual process media and operating duty. Emissions, effluent, residues and utility systems are assigned clear treatment and disposal responsibilities within the project scope.
For international enquiries, include the destination country, required inspection and documentation, packing and delivery expectations. Confidential process information should be shared through an agreed channel after initial contact.
No. This page covers industrial plant and process-equipment enquiries. It is not an offer to supply nicotine products or consumer tobacco products.
Yes. The proposal can define a turnkey plant package or specified equipment supply with agreed installation and commissioning support. Technology and process-performance responsibilities are established before acceptance.
Only the specification and performance conditions expressly agreed in the project proposal apply. Feed analysis, technology selection and acceptance methods must be reviewed first.
No. Engineering is included within ATTOMO’s agreed turnkey plant or equipment-supply package.
