Privacy Policy
Last updated: 4 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how ATTOMO Industries LLP, operating publicly as ATTOMO, handles information submitted through attomo.in. For questions about website or enquiry information, contact info@attomo.in.
Information you provide
When you submit a project or equipment enquiry, we may collect your name, business email, company or organisation, telephone number, project country or location, enquiry category, project timeline, technical requirement and any non-confidential supporting file you choose to upload.
Please do not send sensitive personal information, confidential process data or confidential drawings through the initial website form. Confidential project documents should be exchanged through an agreed channel after initial contact.
How we use enquiry information
We use submitted information to review your requirement, contact you, request clarification, prepare technical or commercial responses, manage related business follow-up, maintain relevant business records and protect the website from misuse.
Enquiry storage and access
Website enquiries may be delivered to ATTOMO by email and may also be retained in the website enquiry database. Access is limited to people or service providers who need the information to handle the enquiry or maintain the website, email or hosting systems.
Supporting files
The quotation form accepts selected document and image file types up to the stated size limit. Upload only information you are authorised to share. ATTOMO may retain files with the related enquiry for as long as reasonably necessary for review, quotation, project follow-up, record-keeping, dispute resolution or applicable legal obligations.
Website technical information
The website and its hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, request time, referring page, landing page, server logs and security information. This information may be used for site operation, troubleshooting, abuse prevention and security.
Search and campaign attribution
Where present in a link, campaign parameters or advertising click identifiers may be associated with an enquiry to help ATTOMO understand how the enquiry originated. Do not place confidential project information or personal contact details in website URLs or campaign parameters.
Google reCAPTCHA
The enquiry form uses Google reCAPTCHA for spam and abuse prevention. Google may process technical information required to provide that service. Google’s own privacy terms apply to its processing.
Analytics and advertising tags
Optional Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel tracking are currently disabled on the public website. If optional analytics or advertising tracking is enabled in the future, ATTOMO will review this notice and the required visitor-choice mechanism before activation.
External services and links
The website may link to third-party services such as Google Maps and LinkedIn. When you follow an external link, that service’s own privacy terms apply.
Retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably required for the purposes described above, business follow-up, security, record-keeping and applicable legal obligations. Different records may have different retention periods.
Your requests
You may contact info@attomo.in to ask about information you submitted through the website or to request correction or deletion. ATTOMO may need sufficient information to identify the relevant enquiry and verify that the request is authorised. Some records may need to be retained where required for legal, contractual, security or record-keeping purposes.
International processing
Website, hosting, email or service providers may process information outside the country from which you contact ATTOMO. ATTOMO reviews its service arrangements as its website and business systems change.
Updates to this policy
This policy may be updated when the website, enquiry process, service providers or applicable requirements change. The current version will be published on this page.
