What titanium equipment does ATTOMO manufacture?
ATTOMO’s titanium equipment scope covers heat exchangers and condensers, vessels, reactors, storage tanks and columns for agreed process duties. Tube bundles, tube sheets and custom-component enquiries require a separate drawing and manufacturing review. Titanium-clad or lined construction is confirmed only for the specific proposed package.
What information is required for a titanium equipment quotation?
Share the equipment type, quantity, process medium and composition, required duty, operating and design conditions, preferred material or grade, drawings or datasheets, and inspection needs. For heat exchangers, include both fluid streams and allowable pressure drop. If details are not available, describe the application and the engineering assistance required.
How are titanium grade and construction selected?
Selection starts with the actual process chemistry, concentration, impurities, temperature and all operating, cleaning and upset conditions. Mechanical design, joint details and component interfaces also matter. Solid titanium, titanium-clad and lined designs are assessed separately. Grade selection requires a complete service specification.
Can ATTOMO manufacture to customer drawings and specifications?
ATTOMO can review an equipment package for manufacture to customer-approved drawings and specifications. The proposal must identify the design authority, material schedule, tolerances, fabrication feasibility, inspection plan and responsibility for process performance. Acceptance of the specific drawing package is confirmed before manufacture.
Which welding, inspection and testing documents are available?
The document list is agreed for each order after engineering review. State whether you require material certificates and traceability records, WPS/PQR, welder qualifications, NDT reports, pressure or leak-test reports, and third-party inspection records. The agreed document schedule identifies the records applicable to the selected grade, joints and code.
Can titanium equipment be supplied within a complete EPC package?
Titanium equipment can be considered within ATTOMO’s wider EPC scope when the process and material review supports it. The proposal defines engineering, procurement, equipment supply and the agreed piping, instrumentation, controls, erection and commissioning interfaces. Standalone equipment supply is also discussed, with clear battery limits and exclusions.
What determines manufacturing lead time and delivery scope?
Lead time depends on drawing approval, material availability, equipment size and quantity, manufacturing complexity, qualification needs and inspection hold points. The quotation confirms the schedule, documentation, packing, dispatch or delivery basis and any site support. A delivery schedule is provided with the agreed technical scope.
